2011 MYFL Weigh-in Procedure
Weigh-ins in Full Uniform and Gear Without Helmet
MYFL Members,
The Southern MYFL Teams will be weighed in by Kevin Martin's staff. If you have not scheduled
the weigh-in with Kevin, please call him at 207-653-3581.
The Northern MYFL Teams will be weighed in by Ed Baehr personally. If you have not scheduled the weigh-in with Ed, please reach out to him at 207-582-8436. I realize that there has been some confusion around the Northern weigh in. Ed has committed to doing the weigh-ins personally. The Board thanks him for his flexibility.
Please have official rosters with weights submitted to me via email (scanned with officials signature) or regular mail (David Pelletier, 6 Twin Knolls Lane, Portland, ME 04102) by Friday, September 9th.
The following information should be submitted: Player Name, Team (JV,V,or JV/V), Grade, Weight, Number, Officials Name, Officials Signature
I have attached an excel template. It is each town's responsibility to have a scale and printed sheets for the weigh in and not the officials.
Please note that these will serve as Official Rosters for the 2011 MYFL Season and will be the reference point for whether a player can carry the football or not. I will refer to these rosters for any disputes.
Kind Regards,
Dave Pelletier
